Jochem.ai, a self-learning assistant, utilizes an organization's knowledge to answer employee questions effectively by integrating large language models with the company's internal knowledge. It also employs AI to continually gather new insights and update the internal knowledge base, making it a holistic knowledge management solution.
The Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a bonus)
• Experience in B2B marketing and a solid understanding of SaaS products
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media and SEO/SEM
• Experience with Hubspot and/or Apollo
• Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze and optimize campaigns
• Independent, proactive attitude with the ability to initiate Growth and Marketing initiatives, as you'll be in the lead of Marketing
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Availability to be discussed mutually
What We Do
Closure began as a tech scale-up helping people manage post-loss tasks such as cancelling subscriptions and accounts. Over time, we’ve developed SaaS solutions aimed at streamlining enterprise communication, with Jochem.ai as our newest innovation. Initially developed for internal use, Jochem.ai has become a privacy-safe, self-learning assistant, now available for various platforms like Slack, Trengo, and Freshdesk. It reduces the need for senior colleague involvement by up to 80% and significantly improves onboarding and ticketing processes.
Job Description
As a B2B Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for driving Jochem.ai’s growth across SMEs. You will create and implement marketing strategies that generate leads and enhance brand awareness. Your focus will be on leveraging digital marketing channels to attract and retain customers while analyzing data to continuously improve campaigns. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales targets. You’ll also gather insights from campaigns to inform product enhancements and help refine our messaging.
